Eligibility: Anyone with a drug and/or alcohol problem, or anyone concerned about someone's drinking and/or
drug use. Prevention services also available to the public.

Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Services
(This service expanded to all locations in Worcester County)An intensive program in all Worcester County Health Department offices for adolescents age 12 to 18, from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. A total of 9 hours of counseling is provided each week. Clients are picked up from their school, with parental permission, when no transportation is available from parents. Sliding fee scale and insurances are accepted.

Center 4 Clean Start
An intensive program for pregnant and post-partum women who are experiencing difficulty with alcohol and/or drugs . . . Is a cooperative project between the Health Departments in Dorchester, Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties. Provides dual diagnosis and family education services, as well as transitional housing for some of the women.

- is located in Salisbury at the Village of Hope, a community dedicated to helping individuals and families
- can provide day care and transportation for the patients and their children.

Homeless Addicts Never Denied Services (HANDS)
Provides intensive alcohol and drug treatment services to homeless addicts in Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties. Referrals and follow-up care assist persons in gaining long-term recovery
