Snow Hill, MD – The Worcester County Health Department is hosting a free four-day Summer Wellness Camp 9am to 1pm each day from June 21-June 24 at the Delmarva Discovery Museum (2 Market St, Pocomoke City, 21851). The camp will include local guest speakers with presentations that will help prepare youth for their teenage years.
In addition to guest speakers, the Summer Wellness Camp will feature field trips around Worcester County, incentives like power banks, bookbags, and popsockets, and a free boxed lunch to-go for each day.
“Our Summer Wellness Camp is a great way for youth to explore the county with field trips, learn important life skills through guest speakers, and socialize with peers,” said Mimi Dean, Director of Prevention Services, Worcester County Health Department.
Due to space, the program is limited to twelve participants (ages 13-19 years old). Registration is required. The first ten participants to attend will receive True Wireless Stereo Earbuds.
