Bring Your family together with Worcester Health’s Strengthening Families Program

Snow Hill, MD- Bring your family together while adopting a healthier lifestyle with the Worcester County Health Department’s Strengthening Families program.

This 9-week program uses an evidence-based curriculum to help strengthen your family bond and communication through group learning and activities. The program is designed for youth ages 7-17 and their parents/guardians to attend together.

Sessions are two hours per week over the 9-week program, including a free family dinner at the start of every session. Your family will have the opportunity to receive prizes and other incentives for participating in the program. Topics covered include: how to communicate better, healthy behaviors, managing stress, and other skills to strengthen the family connection.
