Snow Hill, MD – Worcester Health’s Healthy Worcester Families Life Skills Program is here to help parents and guardians learn about keeping their adolescent (6th-9th grade) children on the path to a bright future.

This no-cost, 9-week program is proven to reduce the risk of youth engaging in substance use, build role modeling and clear communication skills, and help youth enhance their self-management and social skills. The program will empower parents/guardians to help youth make responsible choices, build healthy relationships, and resist negative peer pressure.

Beginning on Thursday, April 16, 2026, the Healthy Worcester Families Life Skills Program will be offered from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Worcester County Health Department, located at 6040 Public Landing Road, Snow Hill, MD 21863. A nutritious meal will be provided during each session. As an added incentive, attendees will have the opportunity to earn exciting prizes that the whole family can enjoy.
